This project was split up into two stages.
The first part of the project was the subdivision of this Wooloowin corner block property.
Once the subdivision was complete, the existing house was then renovated. This consisted off some structural changes to improve the layout and flow of the house. The house was then completely restored, where possible utilising the charm of the existing period finishes of this classic Queenslander. We managed all aspects of the Design & Build of this project, Including all town planning requirements for the subdivision.
