This Brisbane renovation in Ascot consisted of the design and construction of a workers cottage on a small lot in a demolition control precinct area.
The dwelling was designed to accommodate a family with young children, hence living/entertaining areas on the ground floor with bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor.
Our smart design reduced the volume of structural changes and alterations to the existing house, thereby mitigating construction costs, whilst maintaining design integrity and street appeal.
